Pat's early days at Dot records were spent doing covers of black artists' hits. Artists like The Flamingos. Little Richard, Otis Williams and The Charms, The El Dorados and this one by Fats Domino. It was Pat's first #1 hit and helped bring Fats into the mainstream of pop music. It was the #9 song of 1955.

After a minor run-in with the law in Chicago, Nick Conover (Pat Boone) is sent to live with his aunt and uncle on their horse farm in Kentucky.
